Do not expect this restaurant to get your order correct. Almost every single time I order from them, they make a mistake. This time, I got dumplings, but no dumpling sauce or mustard. The last time I called to tell them about their mistake, I got yelled at and no refund. I'm not doing that this time, it's too infuriating. They are disrespectful, careless, and always rush you through your order on the phone. They have good food though, and good prices. I would've given them a three and I will order there again because I can't afford other take-out right now, but they deserve to know that their customer service needs a lot of work. Unacceptable.

It's getting harder to find decent Chinese food restaurants in West Village. I work not too far from Grand Street but it's about a 10 minute walk to get there. Thus, it's lunch in a rush which I don't want to do. I checked Yelp and Profit Chinese was closest to my workplace thus took a chance in ordering online. I craved just veggie Lo Mein but when I checked the Lunch Special it was extra money to order it as a lunch special, thus, I ordered the Shrimp lo Men instead. I thought I read the special carefully: choice of rice or soup; I selected the wonton soup as my side. The delivery came on time but when I opened my carton, I saw rice mixed in with Lo Mein. I just picked at the Lo Mein which was decent not great. I ended up discarding the rice: I don't eat Lo Mein with rice, it's one or the other. I saved the soup for the next day, the broth was too salty for my taste. The positive for ordering here is the price you pay for the Lunch Special: $10.95 for shrimp Lo Mein The price is right but the taste is lackluster. My search for a good Chinese Restaurant continues. * review for delivery only

Food is okay, prices are okay, but not enough staff in store. Everytime I go in, they are too busy. Then, order ahead by phine don't start making food until arrive.Simple, higher more staff. Boss sits in back, should focus on customers.

Awe, man not sure if it was the cook but this food was bussin. Best Chinese food I've had in a long while! I ordered a half chicken with pork fried rice and it was delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps I'm the entryway.
Ordered some shrimp with broccoli and found a piece of string that belongs to a mop head or something… disgusting…. Avoid

I bought it with you for three years, I don’t ask you to take it out every time, sometimes I can’t take a picture of the car and drive in, it’s not that you Fuzhou people have restaurants,

food is good, especially the shrimp with snowpeas.

Is seems impossible that a thick brown corn starch sauce with firm tofu cubes could be sold as MAPO tofu. The BBQ had the mealy texture of slow-cooking with a gooy sauce. I didn’t even try the chow fun. In he garbage all.
They stopped taking credit/debit several weeks ago. Unbelievable in these days and times.

It's not good. Like, the food isn't good. I've eaten at hundreds of Chinese places so I know what comes with it. For some reason the food here just doesn't taste good.

Great food, great staff. Best I've come across in many years of living in this neighborhood. At one time there were a lot of great Chinese restaurants in the area but now there are only a few that are good. We have ordered a lot of various dishes from here and are always satisfied.

Ordered three shrimp + brocolli dinners with garlic sauce. Got them home and they all tasted like vinegar and had to be thrown out. Reported it to the Manager and he said to call him to get replacement dishes the next time I was in the city. I called two weeks later and ordered the replacement dishes and was given three lunch size meals instead of the three dinner meals that I had to toss. I should have complained to Amex for full credit when it happened instead of expecting this restaurant to do the right thing.

Your typical American Chinese food. The Yang Zhou Fried Rice (House Special) is not though - very authentic.
