Amazing beer bar. The Trve tap takeover was dope. My only critique is the glassware, while clean, smelled like sanitizer solution. You couldn't taste it, but it overpowered smelling the beers.
Would have rated the food but kitchen was closed. Shares space with the mushroom restaurant next door so ther can be the option of getting food from there and having it delivered to the bar m, but it depends on foot traffic. On the other hand, it’s probably easier to go to the restaurant next door and order beers from the bar here because it’s less of an overall stress on the staff. The beer list here is thoughtful and there are some very meat bottles on the bottle list....
Pedestrian is a cool-looking draft beer bar with a solid rotating selection, but the service really drags it down—slow, inattentive, and borderline indifferent. Great spot if you just want to grab a beer and be left alone, but don’t expect warmth or efficiency.
