Stumbled upon this place and it was so nice! A very relaxed atmosphere @6pm on a Wednesday to grab a drink and chat with friends. A more mature setting but great for a quick drink and food stop. The happy hour deals are so good and the staff were so friendly!! We felt so welcomed by all the employees and will be back again!

Such an awesome experience! We stopped in after a train ride into Penn right before the Yankees game. The restaurant is around the corner from the subway and the restaurant was great! Drinks were all delicious and despite only having apps, the food was great. Thank you!

Pando 39 is a chill vibe. Great experience, I visited twice in a month. I had the watermelon and feta salad, added shrimp which was really good and a Mocktail Mule. Max behind the bar and Max who serves food provide exceptional service and are accommodating. They offer a discount for Veterans also. I highly recommend making this spot one of your places to be.

Last couple days in New York and the pando 39 restaurant did more than exceed expectations. The smoke burger is off the charts. Barbora is an excellent service woman and took great care of us before we jet back home to the emerald aisle.
