Loved it again. Excellent service. Excellent fish. Excellent wine suggestion by our waitperson. A little noisy but less so than many other restaurants. We love Pylos!

It was an underwhelming experience. The Greek salad was good but the fish was not amazing. I had expected a whole grilled fish and we were served a filleted portion of fish. The wine selection whilst wide and authentic was hard to navigate and not made easier by an underinformed waiter. It is out of the way to get to so the food needs to make up for it. Unfortunately it was quite disappointing.

We had the Grilled Branzino and Salmon with pistachios. Both were amazing and delicious! Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely be back again. 10/10 recommend!
Pylos is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. The food is extraordinary, the setting is lovely, conversation is actually possible, and the staff are terrific. Yesterday had dinner there to see my niece visiting from CA. It was the perfect place to catch up over wine and delicious food.

Elegant atmosphere with friendly staff. Lamb shank was excellent. Pistachio crusted wild bass was a little salty on outside and a little tasteless on the inside. Arugula salad was basic with isolated elements (more of a DIY salad). Restaurant was mostly empty but we were told to sit at the bar because we didn’t have a reservation.
Always a great experience at Pylos. Tamari was so sweet and friendly and made our visit to Pylos extra special. Will be coming back soon for sure.

Dinner was superb! I had the grilled octopus and it was perfectly cooked. I also had the delectable salmon. The staff was friendly and very gracious. The food came out at a good pace. The decor made me feel like I was a welcomed guest in someone's home. Overall, a wonderful experience!
