Really cute & small wine bar. The staff are so nice, and this place gets extra points for having Lambrusco by the glass
My favorite wine bar in east village and the best place to host a private event! I hosted my birthday there last night with around 30 people and had such a great time. Michael was always ready with a glass of wine the minute someone walked in and kept everyone’s glasses full all night. Look forward to hosting more events here soon!
Celebrated my older sisters bday here on July 16th. We were a party of about 15 and overall the atmosphere was very fun and enjoyable because we made it that way. The reason I’m giving it three stars is because of how boring our server was. He was the epitome of “I really don’t want to be here”. Based on the reviews, Jones Street Wine Bar is a perfect spot to host an intimate wine night event, birthday party, or date night. The bar is lovely, and the people are kind. The space is a true gem with warm touches, located on a great street in the East Village. It is intimate and glowy, though it can be tight. The private wine tasting room is an amazing experience and highly recommended. The owner and staff are extremely accommodating. The wine selections were great, and each wine was absolutely perfect. The service is excellent, with staff making sure glasses are never empty. There is no set “wine tasting,” but the free flow structure is perfect for events. Guests can bring in pizzas and a cake. The bar is the best wine bar in the neighborhood, with a great and relaxed atmosphere. It is a fabulous experience and highly recommended for any parties.
