Delicious food and excellent service. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Really nice interior and felt like a true old school New York dining experience. They remembered my husband’s birthday from the online booking and provided a complimentary dessert of our choice. Highly recommend!
I first dined at QI in Denver at the Cherry Creek location and had a great experience. We were a large party and the staff was tremendous. Having the chance to visit the NYC location I took the opportunity. We were a 3 top and our experience was not the same as previous. The staff seemed uninterested and the food was not the quality from the sibling location. Each dish was high in salt and lack distinctive flavors. Perhaps a busy holiday night or just luck of the visit.
This place always satisfies. You can pick steakhouse options (this is part of the Smith and Wollensky restaurant group), Dover sole, fresh seafood or go to the Italian part - pasta and chicken parm. The chicken parm is the specialty here - served with honey with chilies and arugula to top it off. It’s pounded thin and cut up like a pizza. The order serves two, but really I think several people can split it. It is very good and almost obligatory if you’re going in. Nice space and service. I’ll keep coming back.
The food was unique and very enjoyable. The wine list does not offer moderately priced options. The staff was stretched very thin as seems to be the case whenever we go to Quality Italian.
Had a great dinner with my brother before going to see a show. Service was excellent and the food came out quick, hot and amazing.
Food and services was amazing. Waiter went over the entire menu to accommodate a food allergy. Made the experience very seamless
My boyfriend and I went for a holiday lunch. It was a magic time, our server Joseph was wonderful. Weâll be back for sure!
Excellent as always, one of my favorite restaurant.
The food was fantastic and so was the service. They were running behind on the reservations so the place was packed. This was on a Wednesday night at 9:00pm
This was our first visit to Quality Italian, but we had high expectations based on our experience at their sister restaurant, Quality Meats. The menu is not very broad with Italian offerings, which was surprising. We chose the veal milanese. It was very disappointing, overcooked, dry and tasteless. Sadly, I can not recommend Quality Italian.
Fantastic service and the food was AMAZING!!! Only downfall? Very loud. Hard to have a conversation with those across the table.
The food surpassed our expectations, as did our server, Joseph. He was professional, very good at what he does, and we really enjoyed him. We had a memorable evening.
Food was the best part. The chicken parm pizza for two and the corn creme Brule were spectacular. Calamari was also great. Great place to celebrate a birthday
good food and drink. weren't seated until over 20 minutes after reservation time
