This lounge is very nice love the food and bartenders but the management is trash….. Rude nasty attitude and hood very unprofessional……

It was a great experience. Food, service, drinks, ambiance was wonderful. Obviously, having that amazing view to Times Square, enjoying a delicious drink.. top notch! Definitely going back.

We did not have a great experience at all. The waiter was rude and acted as if we were below him and not worth his time. The drinks menu was not as shown online and were very limited, when our drinks came, they were not nice at all. We ordered the fries to share and these were nice but lacked flavour. Overall it was an expensive experience for very little pleasure.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at R Lounge - when we arrived our table wasn't ready despite having a booking, we were left to stand and wait for more than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we also let our server know that we were celebrating my birthday and asked for a window seat at the front, to which we were denied due to “the front seats being reserved for parties of 3 or more”. Due to this, and the slow service we received, we decided to only stay for a drink instead of the dinner and bottle of champagne we had planned to order. Towards the end of our drinks we noticed that parties of 2 were seated in the seats we had been told were reserved for 3 or more people. When we questioned this with our server, a new server that served us once we were seated, he scolded us and said we should have let him know it was a special occasion and then scolded us for only ordering drinks. His manner and the entire experience was horrible. I definitely will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, due to this service experience, they missed out on a great tip, a large order and a glowing review, as well as any future business from us or our network.

The white stuff was phenomenal. We would come in after a long day and enjoy some snacks and drinks. 10 out of 10 recommend for the view and experience.

We stopped here for a drink before seeing a show. Drink were great and appetizers were exactly what we needed! This view is one of the best I've seen of time square! Can't be beat.

My 82 year old Mom wanted to go to NYC for shows and see the sights in the area. She can not walk far, but by heading to this lounge we were able to have a cocktail and some food and overlook the tourist scene that is Times Square. Service was extremely attentive. The food was tasty. We had a burger and fries that we split, and an order of calamari, and a couple of cocktails.
