This is a typical Stop and Shop Fast Food Pizzeria where you find all types of foods. Regardless, this Hole in a Wall has the most tastiest and richest Brooklyn Style Pizza that you can find!!! And it's also a Steal in Price: Large Cheese Pie only $16!!!
There aren't many pizzas on this side of the neighborhood, but A-1 Pizza will do the job when you are craving pizza. This is a great place if you like to order pizza to-go when relaxing at Corlears park. The staff is friendly, they have seating, and a good selection of pizzas to choose from. We ordered their cheese pizza. It has a thin crust, tasty, a bit on the salty side but has a wonderful amount of cheese which is possibly why it was on the salty side. Overall, good pizza...
I wish I could 4.5 stars, as I don't mean to give 4. Nor 5, because the tiramisu dessert was a bit disappointing. The crust at the bottom and side was too hard making it difficult to cut through. The butter crust meat lovers pizza and burrata with the house bread were a 10/10! The service was great and I would definitely go back, maybe next time try another dessert...!!!!?
