Very good chicken fingers and fries. The food is excellent. Unfortunately can’t say the same about the service at this location.

Way to loud on school week. Hard to find a spot to seat down in the restaurant. It's best to take out.

Whats there not to love about Raising Cane's. The chicken was great and bread was amazing. Everything was fresh. Food came quickly and the service was good. Just wish they had bbq sauce but their sauce is good. The area was nice and the restaurant was clean

Super delicious food and friendly staff but the tables and chairs could be newer or repelaced because they a bit worn out. But unless from this this is a great place to eat.

I don’t even eat fried chicken that much any more but decided to cave in to the hype and treat myself. I really don’t understand why this place is packed all the time especially in a food mecca like NYC. Fried chicken has NYC in a chokehold right now, I just don’t understand it. So you think they’d at least be competitive with prices and quality? Nope! There was absolutely nothing special about this chicken, or the sauce. Aside from how long it’s going to take to wash the extreme amounts of salt out of my mouth. This isn’t the kind of “mouthfeel” you want with your food; I couldn’t get the greasy salt taste out of my mouth for hours! And the crinkle fries are obviously just processed frozen chips like you’d get with a bag of Ore-Idas. No love goes into this food. I feel bad for the chickens that lost their lives for this.
I’m sorry to read about the owner’s immense travails in his journey to open this place on the large “Our Story” placard posted in the restaurant (if it’s even true) only to be serving up this third rate artery clogging junk.

We don't get to have Canes often enough but the chicken is so fresh and so real! None of that highly processed mystery meat! Highly recommend everything on the menu here! Always the hustle and bustle here for the loud crowd but it's worth any wait and any noise level!

First time going here and not impressed. Too noisy here. The kids make this place a teen's spot and not a place to go and sit. As far as the food, I was told I was skimped on the fries. And the 3 pieces of chicken tenders look like kids meal chickens pieces. I get it that I went late in the day but they was just trying to serve and get rid of the regulars/ college kids that seem to eat there everyday. But for $13 for this??? Seems like other basic fast-food places give you more!!

The only negative visiting this location was the chicken fingers were more on the soggy side instead of crispy. Otherwise the food and beverages were delicious as usual.
