Great chicken fingers, super tender, and the Caine's sauce is fire! Service was fast, reps were friendly.
Finding parking on 125th not easy, be ready to walk a bit.

My kid likes the chicken. I usually get fries and cold slaw.. Those are pretty good.. The bread is basic. I think they need something vegan friendly, Like a fried fish or tuna sandwich.

This is my fist time having Raising Cane’s in NYC and wow, this was very delicious. The food tasted very fresh. There’s plenty of seating and I went around noon - prepare for long lines. The service is great and they’re constantly tidying up. I highly recommend for a quick pit stop. Don’t buy KFC or Popeyes.

Came in at 11pm and was still greeted with a smile and amazing service from all staff members. My order was taken with pleasure, food was served quickly, and I was even given an extra piece of toast. Amazing how even though I showed up less than an hour before closing, my food was still hot and fresh. Shout out to the team at this location they’re all great.

Great food friendly service, check your order before you leave. I was missing 2 tenders from a 6 piece and my half and half ice tea lemon aide was just tea. Check you order before you leave.

Classic Canes experience. They were playing some jams, the food came out hot without much of a wait, salt bomb deliciousness with a tangy sauce. What more could you want?

I was given on both orders totalling $30 a box of 4 strips and a 3 PC strips box. Some of the strips were oversized nuggets NOT STRIPS. Not that they're all going to be the same size BUT AT LEAST SIMILAR OR AN ACTUAL STRIP. The Caines tastes was there but warm right out the store in my hand. I had drove all day an certainly didn't think I had to check the boxes before I left. HORRIBLE

Everything was great except that I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after my stated pick up time. Dine in orders were prioritized vs mobile orders. Mobile didn’t offer dine in option maybe that would’ve made wait time less. But overall great service. The lady cleaning the tables went above and beyond ensuring every table was cleaned and swept. You barely see that in fast food locations. Location is very busy but only came here due to Google rating and now I understand why this is a high rated Canes.

I used to buy chicken fingers and fries at this location.Today I was working in front of this location and I just needed to use the restroom,they charged me $4 drs for let me in.🤷🏽‍♂️

Ordered a 3 finger combo and only 1 chicken strip was in my box. Took them over 10 minutes to give me my order , so disappointed wasted my money won’t come back again
