Just had a fun filled visit to NY, and stayed at the Warwick. Of course we visited Randoloh's and really enjoyed the beverages and service. Choosing the Warwick was also a point of research as I recently completed a novel titled "Split Decisions," and the characters were Warwick/Randoloh's visitors.

Stick to the featured cocktails. Wife had the lychee martini, I had a bourbon old-fashioned. Martini was good, old-fashioned was made with crushed ice making it thin and watery.

We were staying at the Warwick so it was a convenient stop for a beverage. We came around 5 o'clock on a Saturday. It was quiet and a perfect place to grab a beverage to start the evening. The bartender was friendly and made good drinks. I ordered the espresso martini.

Nice atmosphere and great service, and it's relatively easy to hear the person across the table. They don't do food (need to go across to Murals for a meal) but they give a bowl of snack mix for the table, nice touch.
A bit pricey and drink was ok not the best I've had....

This is a special place for us, made particularly so by Ermeel. He has the chardonnay and the pretzels on the table even before we have sat down. And when you do sit down, you can enjoy watching New York going by, the accompaniment of the sounds of horns and sirens. When you're in Randolph's, you're in New York.

Great bar in the hotel Warwick. We found plenty of seating for 8 or us and the service was very good. The only problem is that they do not open the bar until 5pm and several of us got out of our meeting early and had to stand around waiting.
