Food was just okay and service and drinks were terrible. It took one and a half hour to get food. They confused lemon for passion fruit in a cocktail and the waiter didn't know the diffrence betwen red and black been. will not go back.

I had the fish, the red snapper fish, it was very good, a very large fish in a creole sauce with green plaintains and rice and beans. Very tasty, well done a little bit spicy,. For dessert I had the
Kremas Ice cream with edible flower. Also I had a very warm spicy chai tea, delicious. All and all I was very pleased! Satisfied with the atmosphere, the service was very good, the waiters were very attentive to your needs and were prompt to serve us! Over all we had a great experience!...read full review

Rebel restaurant offers a cozy dining experience with delicious Haitian dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. The Griot, a standout menu item, is tender and flavorful, melting in the mouth. The macaroni and rice dishes are praised for their homemade comfort food quality. The restaurant provides vegetable-based options for vegetarians and features a Haitian vibe, with the design and art adding to the ambiance. The "Tour of Haiti" is highly recommended, especially the green plantains, akra, and griot, which are highlights of the menu. While the food and drinks are excellent, seating can be tight, making conversations difficult when the restaurant is busy. The staff is friendly but may occasionally interrupt customers with frequent questions. Some dishes, like the salmon, can be overly salty, and side pickles may have an overwhelming vinegar taste. Despite these minor issues, Rebel remains a top choice for authentic Haitian cuisine, praised for its great service and inviting environment. The restaurant is more than just a place to eat - it's a gathering place for the community, brought to life through weekly events that celebrate Haitian history and culture.
