super cozy bar with creative and well made cocktails featuring korean ingredients. corn husk soju is delicious. they also have scarrs pizzas garlic knots here, which are kind of average, but the white radish kimchi theyre served with makes them so much better

I have been to this bar 4 times and I love the cocktails and the atmosphere, however the service is really not great.
Everytime I try to learn more about the cocktails the bartenders seem annoyed by my questions.
The hostess (British one most recently) rolled his eyes when I arrived with my party and refused to put us on a waitlist.
No one likes to feel like they are unwanted and everytime I go- that’s how I feel. Totally understand they are trying to curate a vibe just super awkward to interact with any staff member which makes me not want to go back.
Understand how I sound but I’ve been here 4 times now so I feel like I can give an accurate review.

Drinks were nothing notable, but the presentation was nice. Mostly soju-based cocktails, so if that’s your drink of choice, this may be your place. There’s a mahjong table as well for guests to sit at and play.
incredible cocktails. great atmosphere. the service was… curt, and distant, but almost in a good way, like someone playing hard to get. it seemed like everyone there was already great friends with each other, smoking and playing games and laughing. including the coworkers. but it felt like a group you want to be part of. between the phenomenal drinks and the unique vibe, this may be the best bar in the city

Saturday night, me and 2 homies went into Reception wanting to grab a drink bc we all like this spot, only to find out it was packed inside, the host told us wait time was around 30-ish minutes (I can’t remember the exact time) which was disappointing but unsurprising. As we were about to exit, the host said to us, in a thick British accent, “Yeah try another area if you want a seat. Dime’s Square is not the place to be on a Saturday night!”
Such a vibe-killlll! Might still be returning but kind of hate that host. Please don’t be condescending and please don’t use the term “Dime’s Square” if you’re not being sarcastic lol it’s simply so cringe. And we did manage to find a table in another wine bar in the area in 10 minutes.. this is really just me hating on the host and doesn’t have much to do with the actual bar! Maybe it’s a part of the experience of being in “Dime’s Square”?

Highly recommend this bar. I have been three times, so far. Exceptional mixing and creativity. One of a kind balance of warm atmosphere and style. The staff were genuine and welcoming. It's obvious they care about what they do. I had the Smokes and Incheon cocktails, which were perfect, as well as delicious pork mandu.
