Soju cocktail bar. I really wanted to like this bar but as soon as I stepped into the bar, the waitress was giving us attitude for no reason. Both bartenders/waitresses seem like they don’t want to work there. Soju cocktail was very light, barely felt any alcohol. I wouldn’t return here

Every time ive been here ive had a lovely time. The drinks are yummy, there’s a wide variety of cocktails and everything tastes so fresh and intentional. The interior is beautiful and unique and I enjoy the more intimate setting. I never feel like I have to speak too loudly. I sat at the bar tonight while waiting for a friend to arrive, and the bartender was friendly and attentive, she didn’t make me feel rushed and she was very kind to give recommendations of the cocktails. Loved the Yuja and the Lotus Breeze!

RUDE SERVICE, my first time at the place at my friend decided to cover the bill. the waiter made us feel so uncomfortable during the whole process, i was disgusted by her attitude and just her general approach to everything. I would never recommend coming to this place, if you read all the one star reviews you'll see it's all about the rude waitress. horrible, rotten energy and i hope she heals from her bitterness :)

Though I dinned outside for a few bites and drinks the experience was really good. The servers were very charismatic and polite! The drinks were made well and the food was appetizing! .. def would come here again. The interior was a vibe as well✨

Great vibe and solid drinks. Went in for drinks and it was pretty chill for Orchard on a Thursday night. However, as others have mentioned, the service is pretty cold.
The girl bartending charged us for someone else’s larger order and then blamed us for not noticing (but was also weird about letting me see/hold the POS device, so I only noticed when leaving a tip). She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by refunding the incorrect charge (we were sitting directly in front of her at the bar the entire time, and had 1 drink each).
Cool spot but not the most welcoming.

The staff was so so kind and the decor was beautiful!!!
Very weird behavior on the staffs part - they forgot my drink and when we asked the server was annoyed and refused to give the drink at the bar after they forgot a second time. Not only that but they told our party to quiet down on a Saturday night because we were speaking too loud - I don’t know about you but I don’t go to a cocktail bar in the city on a Saturday night to whisper. The food is not worth the weird service and sub par food.

I have been going here for a couple of years, but really odd and weird behavior from the British guy. Seemed to be irritated by our presence, was told to be quiet when we were inside the bar, yelled at for sitting down, yelled at for standing up, yelled at for ordering at the bar, didn’t bring us the drinks we ordered at the table, but annoyed when we reminded them 20 min late we still didn’t get the drink…

Drinks and vibes were mid, but the worst part was the waitress. Super rude from the moment more people joined our table even though everyone ordered drinks. She didn’t greet us, just glared us down like we were a problem. No effort to be friendly, and then demanded a 20% gratuity. Killed the whole vibe. Definitely not coming back.
P.S. I saw frozen mandu containers in the trash. Just microwave your own at home!
