The choco toffee cookie is perfectly baked, a wee bit crispy around the edges and soft and chewy in the center, with sprinkled salt on top. The midnight banana bread is moist and rich. Red Gate is also becoming a favorite bakery for cake slices, with a massive rotating selection of cakes, bars, cookies, buns & more. They know how to make cake, with corn cakes being soooo good. The brown butter blondies are a main reason for going back, and the everything cookie is perfect with some tea. The corn basil cake is 12/10 amazing delicious. While some find the salted caramel brownie and cookies good, others think there are better bakeries. The lines are stupid, especially on a Saturday, moving kinda fast though. There is not much space inside, with minimal seating except for one small table outside.
