Red Gate Bakery offers a variety of delicious pastries. While some find the salted caramel brownie and cookies good, others think there are better bakeries. However, their exceptional service shines through, as they went above and beyond by sending a replacement cake just before closing time. The choco toffee cookie is perfectly baked; a wee bit crispy around the edges and soft and chewy in the center, with sprinkled salt on top. The cinnamon roll is also very good, with frosting that leaves your hands covered and a mind at peace. The rhubarb macaroon cake slice is soooooooo good and not overly sweet, and the midnight banana bread is moist and rich. Red Gate is also becoming a favorite bakery for cake slices. There is not much space inside, with minimal seating except for one small table outside.
