I had no issue with the waitress or food or anything in general except one thing. I used to waiter at many restaurants so I know why this happens but I never adhered to it because I wanted a good tip.

Real chefs understand how to make a steak done but not burned or dried out. Red Lobster ain't one of em. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this overcooked steak and the experience delivered by the server who charged gratuity automatically. I need some good restaurant recommendations in NY with exceptional food and service to match.
