Red Lobster in Times Square was a surprisingly great experience right in the middle of the NYC chaos. The location is perfect—steps from the action—but once inside, it felt relaxed and welcoming, not rushed or touristy.
The food absolutely delivered. The seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits alone are worth the visit—warm, fluffy, and dangerously addictive. Portions were generous, presentation was solid, and everything...

I had Crystal G serve me both times I came to the location and I can definitely say that she made my experience worth while! Nobody gives you that warm smile or checks in on you like Crystal G.
