I Ate Thanksgiving dinner with my 2 daughters. The food was very good! Its a very nice and clean restaurant! Our waiter was average. A little slow on delivery of water and desserts. The man at host stand needs to go to charm school. He was a bit chauvinistic and off putting

I arrived at this restaurant for a little bite before a show at Carnegie Hall. I sat at the bar - which wasn’t crowded at the time - and no one ever came to ask me if I wanted a drink or to take my order. I waited about 15 minutes during which a couple came in and noticed that no one bothered to ask them their order either. At the point my frustration peaked, the hostess and a manager came up to ask me if my order had been taken. I said no. At that point, the bat tender finally came up to take my order. I asked for the Brussels sprouts. They were not good, soggy, and probably reheated. I would’ve asked for fries or something else, but no one ever came back to check on me. Terrible service and a nasty plate of slop. There are too many good restaurants in NYC to waste time on a bad one. Tourists may enjoy. But I’ll never return here.

Waited for 20+ minutes to order drinks another 29 to get drinks. No one check on us during meal and after 20 mins had to ask for our second martini. Because buy one get one. The over 29 to get check. 10 to get receipt to sign. Not busy ther at All

My friend and I had dinner here for the first time! We absolutely loved the Pineapple Mojitos, the Korean Popcorn Chicken, the Branzino and the Halibut. We enjoyed the Creme Brulee and Warm Apple Tart for dessert! We really enjoyed our meal. The staff was friendly and attentive and did not rush us out.

The food was okay overall, but the miso cod —which our server Jelena recommended— was excellent, and the banana cream pie also she recommended, absolutely superb. What truly stood out was Jelena’s service. She was sweet, funny, and went above and beyond, completely elevating the night. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the unwelcoming host, lack of greeting, and incorrect info at the start. The food presentation could also use a bit more effort. Still, Jelena made up for almost everything. I’d come back just for her service and that banana cream pie!

Do not order the Flying Shrimp! At $46 it is a total waste of money. Shrimp is presented fried, with heads and tails on, which means only about 1 1/2” of shrimp is edible. Fancy presentation. Horrible culinary experience.

The 1st time i went there it was great! I went there a few weeks ago and it was bad? My strip steak was small, dry and tough, I asked for some kind of gravy for my mash potatoes...never got it! It was early and not busy...you can't let this happen, you employ to many people!

We had a great time at the Redeye Grill, the atmosphere is great, the food was delicious, and the real gift to us was our waiter, Russell!! We had a sizable party, and we ALL love him!! We’ll go back to see him again!! He made our experience fantastic!!!!

It was a great time ! I was taken care of quick and had hot food served each time something was plated. Food was delicious! Drinks were also very nice. It was my fiancé birthday and they sang a funny birthday tune and came out with dessert with a sparkling candle as I requested in the notes in OpenTable with happy birthday put on the plate. Would definitely come back.
