The views alone are worth the visit, especially as the sun sets and the city lights come alive. The atmosphere was relaxed but still felt special, with cozy seating and string lights that made it feel warm and inviting! We’ll be back !

Food was good, homemade chips were stale though. Our waiter was very attentive and is a great server. What a nice view and a super cute place! We were seated at one of the lounge tables to eat...which was a little challenging because the coffee table was a little low for dining.

A bit noisier and more crowded than I like, drinks and food are not bad but also nothing impressive. Lovely place, good price, nice staff.

The team at Refinery was amazing and made sure to help me with a birthday surprise for my friend. They went above and beyond! The location is great and the food delicious. Gabby was a good server and the manager made sure to make the birthday surprise happen. I will definitely be back.

Refinery is one of the BEST rooftops in Midtown! The open air environment with a canopy and a terrace with awesome views of the city and the Empire State Building is just the start. The service is incredible, whether you have a reservation just sit the bar, it’s a great time. My girlfriend and I sat down with Sayette, who was very personable attentive to us, especially with how busy it was. We also were taken care of by the bartenders the other times we came and they made great cocktails. We definitely will be coming back soon!
