Garbage place, we are sitting here right now for over 40 minutes waiting for a table. No communication no nothing while there are dozens of open tables nearby. Complete scam. Go to tabernacle instead.

The maitre d literally ignored us the entire time. We ended up just leaving after drinks. Horrible place and horrible people.

I had dinner for two on saturday night.
I had the fries with the chateaubriand steak with the flambe experience (extra 30 dollars)

My date had the rose petal cocktail (which was sent back for being way too sweet. It tasted like a rasberry sorbet in alcohol

Her next drink was good, but there was a fly in it so they replaced it. I would have assumed, due to this mistake they would at least give us the drink for free. They did not. They just charged us for one drink.

The steak was ok, not really worth the price and the flamber where they cook the meat and you see flames, was done BEHIND our table. So my date could not even see it !. They should've done it table side.

These small mistakes would never happen at a michelin star restaurant

For the price you pay, I expect service to be at a high standard
I do not recommend this place due to lack of value. Tries to be pretentious without actually delivering good service

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Reserve Cut on Park Avenue sets the bar for fine dining in NYC. The ambiance is elegant and modern, the service is attentive without being intrusive, and every dish was perfectly executed. The steaks were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented — and the sushi was just as impressive. You can tell every detail, from the cocktails to the dessert, is done with care and sophistication. Perfect spot for a special night out or a business dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

This is by far the highest-grade steakhouse I’ve been to. From the quality of the meats to the exceptional service, every detail is thoughtfully considered to make the experience outstanding. The design, food, and atmosphere all come together perfectly. I highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates top-tier dining and great service.

We had a reservation for 8:45 pm but happened to be in the area much earlier, around 5:45 pm, and decided to stop by to see if they could accommodate us sooner. I completely understand that restaurants can be fully booked — that part was not an issue. What was disappointing was how dismissive the host was. There was no effort to offer us a seat at the bar or any alternative, and the interaction came across as quite unprofessional and cold.

It wasn’t entirely their fault that we arrived early, but the way we were treated left a bad impression. I ended up canceling the reservation on the spot and truly hope we won’t be charged a no-show fee. A little courtesy would have gone a long way.

Lovely time had by all. Food was excellent. Service was great, we sat in the side room, were able to relax and talk and enjoy the meal. I did not feel rushed to leave the table as sometimes happens in restaurants. This is an expensive place, but if you are going there, you probably already know that.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Incredibly disappointing. To say the food was overpriced is an understatement, but we knew that going in.

The burger was dry and flavorless. The chateaubriand was the worst cut of chateaubriand that I have ever had: incredibly tough, terribly small, and in general a very poor cut of meat. To make matters worse, it was not well seasoned. Ribeye was flavorless as well and a very poor cut. Sushi was fine, but this is New York City and you can walk down the street and get a significantly better roll for $34.

Host was rude and obnoxious. Pompous and arrogant. Truly a poor experience from beginning to end. I’d avoid this place at all costs — don’t waste your time or money
