The staff remembers returning customers without being intrusive. This place serves visibly exceptional cuisine. Their staff maintains respectful approaches. The vibe here improves the experience. I would definitely come back if I am in the area.

All the 5-star praises are all false! There's not a customer! I don't believe that a store with such a high rating has no customers.Poor service attitude!I will never go to this store again.A male waiter at the front desk was very impatient when he ordered the order. He asked him questions like a mute and kept using his fingers.Things are neither cheap nor delicious. You have to accept this junk service after spending money? No wonder there are no customer!

The waiter has a very bad attitude.Very reluctant and impatient when ordering. If you don't want to go to work, you can choose not to work. Since you have chosen a job, you should have a correct attitude.

Friendly staff and great food. I ordered the Peking duck handroll, spicy pork belly handroll and broiled eel handroll. All of them are great, but my favorite is the Peking duck.

Very friendly staff. DELICOUS onigiri. There was a lot of meat fillers in the claypot rice. I wish they had added a few shiitake mushrooms for the aroma and flavoring. The scallion ginger on the table was great.

This isn't my review for the restaurant itself; I will be doing that later. Instead, this is a review for the Too Good To Go app. I paid only $10 for food that would typically cost around $30. Honestly, while it may not feel like a full $30 worth, I would estimate it was about $25 in value. The food was good, and it came with a cup of milk and coffee. However, I found the food a bit bland. Since it's a surprise bag, the contents can vary, so a little bit of added salt would have helped enhance the flavors. The two onigiri pieces were actually delicious, so I would definitely recommend checking them out. Overall, I would rate Too Good To Go a 3.8, but personally, I would give it a 3.4

I’ve been a regular at Ricebird for a while now, their rice ball lunch special for around $12 can’t be beat in the area. Ricebird always prioritizes quality and just makes really yummy food!! Let’s support this small mom and pop in the East village, there aren’t a lot left here!

When we arrived they told us they had no table for us even though i hd a confirmation. They said there was nothing they could do. Did i mention, my family and i were starving.

The menu is broadly Asian. Did not try the house special Cantonese clay pot, but everything we tried was great. Taiwanese fried chicken (ordered a second), Malaysian chicken curry, Thai pork jowl and Japanese onigiri.

Service was great, food was great. Lighting was a little bright for dinner. It’s BYOB. Great cozy spot in the East Village, I look forward to being a regular.
