Roberta’s by Penn station has delicious pizza, with fresh ingredients. This used to be my favorite pizza place in Manhattan. However the pizza by the slice downstairs has decreased in size by 40-50% from when it opened, and is still the same price. This is very disappointing. Had an absolutely amazing time tonight! It was my first time at this location and it was very busy tonight, but my waiter Brennan never faltered. My entire table felt very seen and attended to tonight. As per our waiter’s recommendation we had the dark matter, dirty devil martini, and a few wines; everything was amazing. Bee sting is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I didn’t have to schlep to Brooklyn to get it! Nice modern location, convenient to Penn Station. If you are looking for “real NY pizza” this it via Brooklyn, just more elevated than what you’d get on any street corner. Highly recommend!
