I almost forgot to share this comment: Amazing service at Starbucks Macy's! I visited twice one week apart and the barista Liss remembered my name and greeted me with a smile while I was still in line. She suggested the S'mores Frappuccino, Whoever made it, thanks. It was delicious... best decision! Excellent customer service, she made my day.
I don’t usually go to this Starbucks but because the other location in the mall is closed I have no choice. I think they need to hire more people. They only have one woman making coffees, order ahead is turned off and it took me 15 min to receive my coffee. As an employee in the mall I’m only allowed 15 min as a break and if that’s how this Starbucks is going to operate they need to hire more man power cause coffee shouldn’t take 20 min to receive especially after spending...read full review

However, the manager completely turned that situation around; she was kind, professional, and gave a full refund. In contrast, another visit was one of the best experiences, with three employees who moved faster than any other location. A caramel brulee latte and a caramel latte were ordered, and an employee named Angel was a pleasure to deal with, having no attitude and moving with a rapid pace. Overall, the ambiance of this location is cozy and inviting, offering a relaxing break. The staff was attentive and efficient for some, and the seating area is well-arranged.
