My experience at StarbucksThis starbucks in the Macys Mall is like any other. Great, high quality, self made refreshers, warm or cold coffee, small snacks and treats and more. Definitely a high quality fast food chain.The staff is very friendly and attentive. In terms of price, Starbucks offers reasonable prices based on the quality and the portion size of the product.Overall my experience here was great. Highly recommended.

Place has small flies around the treats that are suppose to be sanitary for customers to purchase he grabbed the cake pop we suggested and threw it the trash he knew that their were bugs and still insisted for us to buy it plus he always got an attitude like behavior it’s two men who run the store on hours not sure why are their flies on the cookies etc went to a much better Starbucks up the block near Burger King more excellent and the lemon loaf is to die for! Check on your workers

When I visited NYC, I bought coffee daily (and actually there is a Starbucks almost every few blocks), so I had different experiences as a customer. However, this specific Starbucks was by far, the worst. This Starbucks is located inside Macy's, and on a Saturday there were a lot of people. It doesn't bother me to wait, but the team was quite disorganized. There was a lady that came complaining that she was waiting for 40min, and they took quite a while to solve her issue (and find her coffee that probably was already cold). I waited a considerable amount of time, and everybody around me was the same (it was so much time, that people were constantly checking the orders in the waiting space just to be sure if their names were called or not yet). I did the same, and after a lot of time, I found my order. I saw other crowded Starbucks before and after, but usually the teams are quite fast and efficient. Unfortunately this was not the case. There is a lot of space for improvement.

Nice place but when I saw the girl moped the floor and didn’t even sanitize her hands started to touch food , touch coffee covers … Eww.. I almost changed my mind … the guy who was taking orders was very nice …

Don’t usually leave bad reviews, but the customer service here was terrible. The girl that took our order was nice, but the girls handing out and making drinks were so rude. Asked for extra cream after my coffee was made and you would’ve thought I asked her to remake my drink. Then made a smart remark “make sure you ask for everything at once”.
Fast service! Happy I swung by this Starbucks on a weekday and not on a weekend/busy season. I can see this place getting packed during those times.
