I’ve been coming to Rose Bakery on and off for the past year and every time I do I’m pleasantly surprised with the menu options. Honestly, I have yet to try something that I don’t absolutely love. There seems to be a nice evolution happening which is really paying off. Shoutout to Gabriel for providing great service every time - super friendly and knowledgeable.
1) I ordered an ice americano and it’s a pretty decent light roast. Nothing fancy just some decent light roast.
2) The weirdest thing is tho … my gf, heavily allergic to pine nuts and all kinds of nuts, is severely allergic to this bakery for some reason. She didn’t consume ANYTHING prior to or during our visit that day and she was simply sitting next to me in this bakery. Then all of sudden her eyes turned red and we hurried for her Benadryl. It was kind of dramatic...

Been there twice in the past month, different menu each visit, and the food was amazing both times. The dishes seem to be all (or mostly) vegetarian, which is perfect for us.
Met the new chef, Russel, who only started a month ago. Rose Bakery seems to be in good hands!
