This place is amazing! Shea is the best, the heart and soul of Rosella. Shea guides your dining experience so you have the best meal. The avocado roll, sashimi, ceviche, all the big rolls are just amazing! You really can order anything and can expect perfection and perfect flavor combinations. Everything about Rosella is thoughtful and the people who work here are the cherry on top. 100% go!

Rosella is exceptional. The food is absolutely top notch and amazingly creative. So many things on the menu sound like questionable combinations but always take you on a wild taste rollercoaster. Egg, caviar, maple dessert? Yellowtail, red and pickled green strawberry pesto crudo? What? But yes, absolutely yes. Bluefin, coconut milk ceviche? Yes. Also, why is the miso soup the best I've ever had in my life?The drink menu is superb and the staff is so knowledgeable that they do incredible pairings. The staff is also super friendly and attentive.Love this place, always a rich experience from walking in the door to stepping out.
Couldn't have had a better or more accommodating experience. It was perfectly paced, despite my date running late and then long. Everything is delicious: let them pick a special menu just for you and enjoy the ride. Great job, James and the rest of the team. Can't wait to return.

This place was a lot of fun. The food was really good. The ceviche, crudo pesto, and xo grits were fantastic. Really fun to share but the portion sizes were a bit small. The rolls were very good, specifically the amberjack and ramps(which we ate so fast that we forgot to take a photo of). The soy sauce is fantastic here as well. The service here was very good. The waiters were very nice and gave good suggestions about ordering. The place itself has a nice cozy vibe and the outside area was also very pleasant. A bit cold outside but the heating lamp right above the table did a great job of keeping us warm.

We had an outstanding experience at Rosella last night. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch. Our server James was engaging and got us out of our comfort zone by surprising us with most of the dishes we were served. My husband who is not a sushi fan is now a sushi fan. We can’t wait to come back!
The food was good and overpriced however we did not appreciate our server trying to sell us the whole menu like a car salesman. We saw the menu beforehand and knew what we wanted to try. We wanted to order a few things after one another and he basically said no. He made a weird comment about if we wanted to "have dinner" there as if our order was too small? Weird. So if we don't order enough we're not allowed to dine in? The vibes were weird. If you are a rich white person this place will appeal to you. I don't want to hear my server mansplain everything, pitch every roll and drink on the menu, while totally being condescending if you are not interested. Just know what the vibe is when coming in. I just wanted to order food and enjoy my company and not be lectured by the server. After we did not want to do his overpriced omakase or whatever he was selling us, we basically didn't hear from him till he dropped us the bill off before we were even finished eating. I would NOT come here again. If you're trying to listen to a condescending server lecture you this is the place for you. Was not our vibe. He did not feel/ seem genuine, just tryna get your money! They want to come across as up scale but their service says otherwise in my opinion.

Different manner to eat sushi.This place target is to serve local fish sushi and in my opinion was one of the best experience I have.I would recommend the shrimp nigiri that is simply amazing.Tip: the brew their own soy sauce.Also a good selection of skin contact - funky wines.So terrible the outdoor seating, cold and with zero atmosphere but I thanks the waitress that tried to make a little better out stay during dinner.
