It’s been over 12 hours since dinner at Rosella last night and I am still trying to process it all. I have never experienced anything quite like it. I think last night’s meal has got to be the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. A carefully curated wine list, all the wines served at precisely the right temperature, a bougie and rustic sushi bar, friendly members of staff (shout out to Danny and Michael) full of personality, and the ceviche. I went for my wedding anniversary. We sat at the sushi counter which was a great experience. The chefs were so nice and offered some specials rolls/course for our anniversary. The food was delicious. We had a great time.
