Rossy’s Bakery is handing its first loss since 1954, which was the last time the inflation rate decreased YOY. $8.50 for a small plate and $12 for a large of dominican style home cooked food in Lower Manhattan is a STEAL.
You get a full plate of chicken, rice, beans, and plantains. $3 for one of these fat Empanadas too. Legendary.
I’m a rotisserie chicken snob, so I’d be lying if I said this was the best chicken I’ve ever had, but it was pretty damn good. It’s a clean meal that brought me back to homeostasis. I’d give it a 8.3 out of 10.

This bakery & coffee shop are ones of my favorite places to visit, shop for birthday cakes best Dominican cakes if you looking for quality and delicious flavor they are the once to you go los pastelitos are so good, the food excellent quality and flavor my whole family been ordering from them sense 1994 and never changed and we still order for any occasion ❤️ love this place there are soo good people on the neighborhood there place is so home welcoming ?

I ordered a cake for my bday and it was delicious, hit the craving I was having- but the best part was I went to pick up the cake and couldn’t resist trying the food, and it was as if my own mother cooked for me, I was so happy. Thank you for everything Rossys, it was worth the trip from BK, and I can’t wait to come back!
