Small, cozy, affordable diner not far from Central Park/Columbus Circle. I went at 4:45pm and it wasn't crowded at all. The staff were friendly and attentive. Good for a quick and solid meal before a night out. Also, Happy Hour is available daily.

I came here with my wife the day before the marathon for a late breakfast early lunch. I got the chocolate chip pancakes. They were a very large portion. I wish I could have ordered just two. The syrup that came with the pancakes was so thick it didn’t make them easy to eat. Plus they did something I hate when I order chocolate chip pancakes, they just threw them in pancakes on the griddle so the chocolate chips get burned in to the bottom side.
My wife had the Rueben and it was a very large portion as well. She only finished half but thought it was good not great. All in all, an alright meal for a slightly expensive price.

I had a great experience at this cafe. I wanted a bite to eat after watching some of the NYC marathon runners. The staff was happy to prepare an egg white omelet, steamed veggies and a side. It was a sunny day, so I sat outside. When finished, I paid inside, used the ladies room (which was spotless), & on the way out a staff member returned my sunglasses I accidentally left on the table!

No idea why this place is named after the famous American road, but they’ve got the decor to match the name. The food is decent, on Sundays they’ve got a brunch menu where you get coffee, an alcoholic drink, and an entree for a fairly reasonable price.

My partner and I have never had any bad experiences at restaurants in NYC and this is the first time. It wasn’t super busy and we got seated immediately. About 5 minutes later, a couple gets seated and within a few minutes a waitress takes their order. However, we waited about 20 minutes and never got served nor did anyone ever check in with us, so we got up and left.

When I say I had the best pancakes ever, I really mean it!!! The food was exceptional for a local spot. I set outside, ate, people & dog watched, annnnndddd drank the best raspberry martini! This is definitely a must try!! Ohhh and the eggs were so fresh and tasty!!!

Yummy! The portion size is so big that I couldn't finish my pancakes even though my stomach was empty prior ordering a breakfast here. I recommend this place, it has a good vibe and friendly servers. Just look at my pancakes I ordered (I still think about the part I had to left because I was full) 😂
