Awful ... Heading to the city for a Rangers game. We had 5:30 reservations. They called us at 12:30 day of to say there was an event, and restaurant would be closed. Cross this place off the list!

Restaurant located inside Macy's (one below level). I went on Saturday, around 1.30pm, and I found a very small queue (just two couples waiting before us). I don't know if it is possible to make a reservation, but it would be a good idea to check. I went because it was a rainy day, and after shopping in Macy's, it was the best place to stay and have lunch (in the meantime the rain stops a little). We got a place very quickly, but because we chose the bar, however, other people who wanted a table had to wait more (very strange because I saw several empty tables). As a tip, if you order a club sandwich, try one for two people, because the portion is quite big. Being in the bar, the attention was good and kind.

We went mid afternoon and the food was undercooked and the staff were inattentive. The guy who served us seemed like he didn't want to be there and seemed in a rush for us to order. Then after we got our food, a little later, a waitress just said "ready for the check here" and didn't even ask us if we wanted anything else or any desserts. They used boneless chicken thighs for the chicken sandwich but the meat was undercooked and didn't taste right. French fries were good?. Wouldn't go back.Parking: There's no parking here. This restaurant is on the lower level of the Macy's on 34th Street.

Refused entry because of no space? Had standing space at the bar which was denied. Would not let me take an open table because there was only one server.

Lovely little bistro within the confines of Macy's Herald Square. Really good burgers. Our server Kiara was fantastic. Always a smile on her face & excellent, attentive service.

Staff is really nice, Seems a lot of training needs to be done here, starts with the management, not the staffs fault. Food took a bit, but that's to be expected with well done burgers; the salad was overly drenched, recommend putting it on the side! I would've ordered a second drink if we didn't have to wait until I'll food arrived before even a Diet Coke arrived. Way too many places in this area to have such spotty service, go elsewhere.

Burger and Gazpacho were very good as was the Red Rooster drink. Red Velvet cake was very dry and not appetizing at all. Service was confusing because waiters kept switching. But I would come again.

There are few places in midtown that aren't full of tourist and filthy. We needed somewhere fast as it was the half way point for everyone's next destination. Who knew this gem was right in the basement of Macys in herald square. The place is nice and clean, we sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and apps. It's a good spot to escape the madness outside, grab a drink and take a load off. I was surprised my friend even found it.

Nice, quiet, hidden gem! Great service! Easy to have a conversation without needing to compete with neighboring tables or the music. AND easy to get to in Macys basement level with good menu options.

Popular stop at the lower level of Macy's,on W34th St., Pric fixe meals @ $32, spirits & cocktails at the bar, gracious Asian hostess walks one to a comfortable seat, start with the pull apart onion bread served in its cast iron baking dish, stays warm for a long time, unstained silvers, cloth napkins usher high impression & unique expectations, attentive servers, family friendly, enjoy simple salad withjust enough dressing for the salt conscious patron. Moderate capacity for private events.

My mom and I stopped in here for lunch while doing some retail therapy at Macys. The food was good and having a sit down location within the dept. store is a nice feature.

We arrived for our reservation and were asked to return an hour later because they hadn't opened the restaurant yet. Since it is inside Macy's that was ok although not desirable. We did come back but probably should not have. Service was very slow and mainly inattentive to needs (empty drinks, missing food, etc). The restaurant was about 1/3 customer capacity so really no excuse even if short staffed. The wings were good. The burger was burned. I mean it was a tiny burned burger with cheese and ketchup for $21 so not very happy about that. Would not return.

My partner and I went here for dinner and we both got the Barbecue chicken flat bread and Rollies loaded burger for restaurant week! Recommendation - remove the pineapples from the flat bread!!! It adds a zesty flavor and not the kind we enjoy ✋I ordered the raspberry iced tea while he got the Pink lemonade. Both were SO YUMMY SHEEEEEESH.This was our first time here and the waiters were SO. NICE. Loved the service!
