Restaurant located inside Macy's (one below level). I went on Saturday, around 1.30pm, and I found a very small queue (just two couples waiting before us). I don't know if it is possible to make a reservation, but it would be a good idea to check. I went because it was a rainy day, and after shopping in Macy's, it was the best place to stay and have lunch (in the meantime the rain stops a little). Lovely little bistro within the confines of Macy's Herald Square. Really good burgers. Our server Kiara was fantastic. Always a smile on her face & excellent, attentive service.
