Great food!! It was tasty! You are not in a fancy restaurant, but you are very comfortable and relaxed. Great service, excellent food! Pasta, salad, burger and new york strip were all good. If I can give one negative point; the fries were a bit limp. But that's really the only thing! I would definitely come back here again. By New York (and location) standards and good price/quality ratio!!
The most fabulous french onion soup with a large glass of tasty Cabernet Savignon. The building is very atmosoheric with cartoon sketches of famous people covering the walls. I think the waiter serving me was having an off day, we all have them.
We stopped in for a traditional NYC deli sandwich. The pastrami open face was loaded and delicious! And the roast turkey club was equally delicious. The wait staff were friendly and very attentive. Loved all the caricature drawings of all the famous actors. This deli is a must visit restaurant while in NYC!
