Royal Grill Halal on 44th & 6th Ave is a true Midtown gem (I've worked nearby for 30 years). He’s the nicest vendor you’ll meet and the chicken and rice is incredibly flavorful and fresh, with generous portions and speedy, friendly service. Highly recommended for delicious food and a nice experience every time.

Lamb/Chicken combo over rice and the combo Gyros with white sauce was truly amazing! Fast service, super friendly owners and aim to please!!! Best Halal we’ve had in NYC!!! We intended to try this food truck but attempted the famous on up the street. Came back here and SO glad we did!! Great food amazing prices and full belly! Thank you Royal Grill Halal!!!

It's my go to lunch, get it 3-4x a month. Super flavorful, big portions, it's a gem. My office mates also concur.

I just at a Kati roll that Muhammad persuaded me to order when i found out that they were out of samosas. Thank god they were out of samosas. It was truly delicious and I look forward to be starving on the corner of 44th and hell again.
