We love this place! We were served by Tajuddin Sheikh, and even though he was out of the veggie biryani, he made us a delicious falafel biryani on the spot!! Always yummy! Highly recommend!
Great food with many options to choose from. I tried their chicken biryani, which was essentially chicken over rice, but the rice had flavor of biryani. Not biryani but not bad. Also, tried their chicken roll which was like a chicken gyro in a puff flatbread (paratha style) and it was really good. I'd recommend this. If you want to have similar food and not wait in lines, skip Adel's and get there instead. It is only a couple blocks over.
Royal Grill Halal Food is legit. Big portions, great flavor, and the chicken is always cooked right. The white and hot sauce combo is perfect, and the rice never tastes dry like some other carts. Service is quick and the guys are cool. If you’re in the area and hungry, this is an easy go‑to.
