If I can give this deli a zero I would! My boyfriend and I went here after dinner at Beauty and Essex and purchased 2 overpriced water and ended up leaving it on the counter after rushing for our Uber. I called them after realizing to let them know we forgot our items and the person on the phone told us “he doesn’t know, wrong shift”.(it was the same guy we were dealing with in the store) and also it hasn’t even been an hour since we’ve left the deli, this place stole our money and refuse to give us our items. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau in the morning.

Bought something and when I got home it was expired and nasty for lack of a better word. Took it back in less than 24 hours and they wouldn’t exchange it for a non-expired product even with the receipt. Terrible customer service.

The absolute saddest meal I've eaten in decades. I don't know why it took so long to fry up an order of bacon which ended up being one piece of dried meat. Do yourself a favor and just eat from your neighbors trash can instead of wasting your money at this establishment.
