If I can give this deli a zero I would! My boyfriend and I went here after dinner at Beauty and Essex and purchased 2 overpriced water and ended up leaving it on the counter after rushing for our Uber. I called them after realizing to let them know we forgot our items and the person on the phone told us “he doesn’t know, wrong shift”.(it was the same guy we were dealing with in the store) and also it hasn’t even been an hour since we’ve left the deli, this place stole...read full review
Bought something and when I got home it was expired and nasty for lack of a better word. Took it back in less than 24 hours and they wouldn’t exchange it for a non-expired product even with the receipt. Terrible customer service.
