The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala and Garlic Naan along with other items however they stood out as the best for me. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone is looking out for good quality Indian cuisine at Manhattan Times Square.
We had the most amazing time at Saar thanks to Lily and Ayana. Lily was our server and was very accommodating to our needs, and our host, Ayana, went above and beyond. She was very kind, bubbly, and charismatic, and she was so much fun to talk to!
Stop researching places to eat on your vacation and just eat here. I get overwhelmed when I come to NYC by the unbelievable number of good restaurants that pop up when you search blogs or Google. I happened to just walk into this place for lunch and I am super impressed. The food was the perfect blend of traditional American-Indian food with a slight modern flair. I got the two course lunch — Samosa Sample as an app, then the butter chicken and garlic nan. I was a little jealous...
