One of the most beautiful and serene dining rooms! Thank you for bringing back the central celebrated service station! All this and an exquisite meal served with perfectly paired wines!
Thank you once again.

You can never go wrong with a place like this. You’ll leave here knowing it was one of the greatest dining experiences you ever had. Michelin star level of everything. Better than some Michelin places I’ve been. If you are just walking by you might miss the door or maybe realize you’ve passed it before but that’s because if you know what you’re looking for you’ll find it. They made an extra effort to accommodate my fish allergy with the sommelier never making me feel stupid for not knowing the fish on the menu was indeed a white fish. That was much appreciated and just one of many ways they exemplified excellent service. Had been to their previous location upstate a few times. First in time in NYC and they have only gotten better. Give your sommelier a price and let them do their job and give you the best wine/dinner experience you’ve ever had.

Super attentive services; knowledgeable waiter; wonderful wine pairing. Plenty of choices in their prefixed menu Everything was delicately presented and flavorfully delivered
Welcome to Burgundy, oh my wow! We ate here for the first time ever last night and it was beyond incredible. The recommendation came from a friend’s friend who was a fan prior to their move and suggested it for their birthday. The friend even called in a champagne toast to start which was so fun and kind of them. We chose the 8 course with wine pairing and could not have been any more perfect. We were so deeply savoring each dish, that regrettably there are barely any photos to share, but honestly I hope everyone else has the same experience and forgets anything past the table exists. Just live in the lobster with sunchoke and chestnuts paired with (what is now one of my favorite wines) a fabulous Pinot Blanc or the partridge and squash that could not have been any more decadent. I guarantee those are worth it. I was surprised by the sea beans, having never had them before, and they were a perfect pairing with the urchin. We ended sipping on L'Abricot du Roulot and honestly it was a completely perfect evening.

We had an incredible experience last night at Saint Urban! We came for the wine, which did not disappoint, and were absolutely wow'ed by the food. We can't wait to return for a different month!

We had the best night celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious, but the staff and service was really the best part of the night. Highly recommend for a special occassion.

My dinner at Saint Urban was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Austin, our server, was attentive, hospitable, and a wonderful conversationalist, which really elevated the evening. The ambiance is dim-lit, intimate, and modern luxury — perfect for a special night out.
We enjoyed the four-course menu with wine pairings, which was a thoughtful touch. The team even opened the first appetizer wine at the table, and we discussed selections from their cellar, including a southern Rhône French wine for September — a treat for early oenophiles. Nora, the sommelier, was outstanding: comprehensive, knowledgeable, and able to paint a vivid picture of each wine.
Overall, between the service, setting, and pairings, Saint Urban feels like a hidden gem. Highly recommended if you’re looking for refined dining with a personal touch.

We have adored this restaurant since it opened in Syracuse 5 years ago and were really excited to be visiting NYC, in which we could have an opportunity to enjoy this wonderful restaurant once again. Chef Jared and the entire staff perfectly executed everything - the food, the wine and the atmosphere. Congratulations on your move to NYC and we look forward to visiting again!

We celebrated our anniversary at Saint Urban and it felt special throughout; the service was the definition of hospitality and the ambiance was romantic. We were not very hungry so opted for the 4 course dinner which still left us feeling very full. The plates were elegant and savory, and the extensive wine list will satisfy even the most adventurous of palates. Highly recommend for special occasions or when you just want to feel fancy.

I knew it was going to be a good meal, but I had no idea how amazing the whole experience would be. This is possibly one of the best trained teams I've ever had the pleasure of dining with - they made everyone feel specially welcomed and comfortable in the luxurious setting. Chef Jared Stafford Hill takes seasonal dining to a whole new level with innovative, unexpected courses (I'm still thinking about the scallop served in-shell over a bed of kelp and sea stones). The wine pairing was the most harmonious balance of food and wine I've had outside of France. If you're looking for a unique and creative place to indulge for a special occasion, you couldn't find a better option than Saint Urban!

We had the four-course tasting at Saint Urban and were both beyond impressed. The cooking is seasonal and refined yet genuinely comforting. Although pairings were available, the sommelier guided us to a beautiful French white that carried the entire meal. The wine list is outstanding and unusually well-priced. We envision a Michelin star in Saint Urban’s future. 5/5
