Getting to this place felt like navigating a labyrinth, only to arrive at a rather anticlimactic experience. While the staff was decent, the "we're doing you a favor" attitude left much to be desired, especially when you're paying for a meal. The food was good but ultimately forgettable.
It was….fine. For the price, disappointing. There are a lot of other omakase spots for under $100 a person with much better quality. It’s a hotel spot, so it’s overpriced and overhyped bc of the tourists. The view was also….fine. Oh, there was a separate “service fee” on our bill (not a tip), which is apparently not legal? Lol.
If you want better omakase, go to another spot and then find a free rooftop bar.

Had an excellent time at Saishin! Service was excellent. Daniel was amazing. Service was only topped by the food. Everything was fresh and one of the better omakase experiences I’ve had. Only critique would be the drinks selection. I would’ve preferred more option’s particularly with standard liqour. Hope they get a more open selection of drinks. It’s pricey but the food and service are up to par.
