Great food, amazing staff and terrific service! Our waiter Marco was very nice and patient. This pizzeria serves classic style Italian pizza, and has amazing pasta.
Never had a bad experience here, highly recommend it for both visitors and locals.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is friendly and restaurant is big enough for kids

4.7 stars rounded up. I had a pizza special on the chalkboard. Spanish ham, buratta, cacio & pepe cream, basil, spicy honey. Fantastic. Fluffy soft crust. Reminds me of the pizzas I had in Puglia and Naples. Waitstaff were friendly and always smiling. The owner seems to be Italian. He wandered the restaurant, speaking to guests -sometimes in Italian. Seemed so authentic I actually ate the pizza with knife and folk -the Italian way (the Italian speaking diners ate it with their hands like true New Yorkers). Wife had the Cappuccino (*gasp* No Italian has Cappuccino with lunch!). She didn't like it. I tasted it. It was true Italian Cappuccino -not loaded with milk, foam and whipped cream like typical American places she's used to. I liked it. But then again, I've become a snob when it comes to Italian food. This place is great for foodie snobs like me and for just families looking for great pizza before they hit up the museum.

Had the burrata pie and it was delicious. Took it to go so didn't stay long but it was a nice, relaxed vibe from the moment you walk in. Staff was attentive and friendly.

My wife and I spent a 100% delightful lunch at this fantastic restaurant. The wait staff was excellent, friendly and fast. The eggplant, meatballs and pizzas were out of this world. Super delicious. This is most definitely a stop for us every time we are in New York. And as an extra bonus I got to practice my Italian with the server.

Good pizza and menu selection. The restaurant is set up very awkwardly making seating uncomfortable. Especially avoid in person dining here on Fridays/Saturdays. The last time I was here it was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, much less have a conversation with my partner

The most awful pizza we’ve had. The crust was soggy. The parm ham, mushrooms and olives were literally tossed on top a margherita pizza. That’s it!!! No flavor at all. We put the pizza in our toaster oven and the toppings came back to life.
Worst pizza restaurant in UES.

Highly recommended pizzeria in New York! The owners have managed to recreate the Italian experience from every point of view, from the excellent cuisine with fresh and authentic ingredients to the welcoming and punctual service! Not to be missed if you want to combine real Italian cuisine with the wonderful atmosphere of New York!

Pizza was fine, service was a bit overbearing, and the price was high. Decent pizza but not worth imo.

Very disappointed by the food. We ordered several appetizers to share, and none of them were good. The fried zucchini blossoms were basically giant balls of fried batter with so much oil in them, they were unpleasant to eat. It felt more like something you would get at a state fair. This is a dish that is meant to be lightly fried, as the real gem is the flower inside. You could barely taste it. We also had the croquettes which again, were just giant and fried with mushy cheese and potatoes inside. No flavor whatsoever, and the sauce that it came with didn’t match the dish. Lastly, we had eggplant bruschetta which was giant and soggy, making it extremely difficult to eat.
I don’t know why all of their appetizers are so massive in size. The flavor profile and ingredients are way more important than placing oversized, fried balls on a plate to impress me. It was a huge miss.
Our drinks were also noticeably watered down making the meal totally unenjoyable. I’ve had their pizzas before and we were considering ordering a pie, but the heartburn from all of the fried appetizers deterred us from that decision and we left.
