I am so sad to give this place a low rating. Their customer service was so rude and not understanding at all!! I went to New York for my birthday with a few friends which I was so excited for, but unfortunately my friend got severely sick and we had to rush home. I called the place to ask for a refund or to use the deposit for another day and they said no! I find this so unreasonable since she was legit throwing up sick and we had to go home.
