Sandbar Rooftop offers a beautiful view of Manhattan and the Empire State Building. The night view with city lights is excellent. The bar counter is cute, but seating can be challenging when busy. The ambience is relaxing, perfect for social gatherings and dates. The staff, including servers Gilsea and Karl, are friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food and drinks are extraordinary, making for a 10/10 experience. A must-visit for the views and atmosphere in NYC.
