Delicious gelato - truly good ingredients and quality of gelato. Real pistachio should be brownish green and not light green, which was the case here. Vegan chocolate was surprisingly good and rich too! Cute italian-flair atmosphere. Price is good for NYC. Highly recommend!

Gelato was good but rather average. Lemon and raspberry had little flavor. The staff was very inattentive and preferred counting their tips rather than taking our order.Decor and atmosphere is lovely!Price was quite steep (8$ for 2 scoops).

Highly recommend, place has awesome vibes, delicious gelato (I'd recommend the chocolate or hazelnut especially), and looks beautiful! Everyone was super friendly there as well. 100% would suggest for coffee, a quiet drink, or dessert.

Cake was delightful. Cute spot with nice ambience. No bathroom for customers. Expensive and small. Service was a bit slow especially for a Sunday morning when I was the only customer for a drink. I feel like the cakes and gelato are worth a splurge for when you want a sweet treat or to celebrate an occasion. Drinks weren't impressive.

First visit to the Gelateria upon a recommendation from the lovely staff at the main Saint Ambroeus restaurant next door. Ambience and decor was one of the cutest and stylish I've ever seen in all my life, but the unfriendly counter staff woman was, in contrast, one of the grumpiest, miserable humans I've ever seen in all my life! You should have seen her frown when I asked for a small bag for the cookies we bought. I almost laughed. It didn't fit the normal Saint Ambroeus experience I'm used to. I hope whatever she gets through whatever she's going through.All of the pastries and cookies we bought were made to perfection. I'll still be back, her angry energy won't keep me away, the food is too good!

So here I was, longing to taste a good gelato. I just didn't want something blah, I ended up going to Sant Ambroeus GelateriaThe best tasting vanilla and pistachios Gelato I ever had, and i loved the service, too. I'm going back again soon.
