Stumbled by this bistro in Southampton and decided to go in for lunch. To our pleasant surprise we had a wonderful meal with excellent wine pairings suggested by our server, we loved our lunch so much we decided on having dinner at their NYC location the next evening, needless to say it was magnificent!
Looking forward to trying the other locations….

Everything was very good. Had a great experience here and the staff was extremely nice. I normally don't right reviews, but Sant Ambroeus deserved one. Amazing service and very friendly.

Based on the reviews, Sant Ambroeus Soho offers an immediate level of sophistication with a beautifully designed, polished, and elegant room. The ambiance is super girly and almost regal, and the clientele is fabulous. The food is delicious. The pomodoro is textbook, with san marzano tomatoes bright and silky. The cacio e pepe leans rich and smooth, and the bolognese is deeper, with veal ragù slow-cooked into something very hearty. The principessa is a showstopper, and the princess cake slice is worth it. The prosciutto app was an extremely large portion. Service can be exceptional, professional, and friendly, with some staff described as delightful. However, the service can be underwhelming, crowded, and rude at night, the exact opposite of the daytime crew. It is a great spot for business meetings because the service is unparalleled, offering luxury and prestige service without being pretentious. The price is definitely expensive.
