Most enjoyable. Sat outside on a Saturday night to people watch while enjoying some garlic pecorino bread, pear salad and a vodka sauce pizza.

I had the ravioli special and was deeply disappointed in the quality of the food and the price. It was offered at $28 but was very clearly microwaved. The heat of the food was inconsistent, really hot in the middle and cooler on the edges. The raviolis were more like dumplings than actual raviolis and the texture and overall flavor was not ideal. Love the staff, the drink offerings and the overall atmosphere but the food needs some love.

A gem of a neighborhood Italian restaurant. Our pastas were delicious and the portions were huge. Our server Naja was the best

I have many fun stories associated with Sauce, as I have been coming here on and off for more than a decade. My favorite story is when my wife hosted a birthday party for me when Sauce first opened and invited a small group of friends for dinner. We ate everything we could and loved every bite. Since we were sharing everything, we all got to taste almost everything, but I still had room. When the server asked us if we wanted dessert, I said I needed "one more thing" but that I would let her choose what I was served so long as it wasn't dessert. She knew exactly what to do.
A glass of wine later, a procession of people came walking across the restaurant, one holding a cutting board, one stirring a pot, another stirring another pot, and a guy with a huge block of parmesan. The cutting board went down first, then the polenta, followed by the fresh tomato ragu, which was poured across the middle, and finally, the guy with the cheese grated the fresh parmesan across the whole thing. It was the best birthday cake I have ever eaten. I later learned it's called The Plank, and I order it all the time; you should, too.
The pizza was great, the cocktails were fantastic, and the service was excellent. All in all, it's a great place.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat pizza - they got that.

Solid meatballs and pizza! I came in here on a double date, party of 4 and we had a very nice waiter, quick service and the food was solid. I’m glad I tried it but better Italian in the area
Meh it was just over priced italian with smaller portions

Sauce Restaurant is a great spot for a laid-back yet delicious dining experience. That cozy, dimmed light atmosphere makes it perfect for any occasion. The menu is full of tasty options, but the organic wine and cacio e peppe pasta really stand out. The wine is top-notch, and the pasta is bursting with flavor. Plus, the staff is super friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a place with good music and great food, Sauce is definitely worth checking out!

This restaurant looks closed… The hours don’t match what is listed here
After several weeks of nothing available, we booked a reservation this evening through Open Table, but arrived to find the doors locked, the lights out, all the fixtures and decor down from the walls with what looked like auction stickers on them, the bar emptied, the tables stacked. The phone number is out of service. There's no indication anywhere, but the restaurant appears to be closed rather permanently.
