Food was delicious. Staff super friendly. A tad overpriced but it's in NYC so I'm not surprised. A bit dark and the waitress lowered the lights even more. Not a large menu which is both good and bad. Definitely would go back. The live music was great. Not a far walk from the Javits center.

Dropped in here for a quick bite after a long day of walking Manhatten. Great friendly staff who were happy to help with any holiday queries we had! The service was excellent, the food was super tasty, well cooked and served quickly. Cannot recommend enough!

Been there a couple of times for the drinks. They had live music, and it was popping on St. Patrick’s Day. The singer sang some beautiful Irish pub melodies and had customers singing along and dancing. It was a real vibe! The regular clientele is an older crowd, who are friendly and welcoming. Fun fact, I noticed a picture of Buzz Aldrin in there with other vets.

We visited this pub a few times while in New York. Mick and Cathy are wonderful hosts the atmosphere is electric! The food and drinks were really nice too. This is a true Irish bar with great surroundings. We would like to thank all the staff at scallywags for being such great and welcoming people. Les consommations sont excessivement chères pour un simple bar de quartier, nous avons dépensé le même budget dans des roftops donc c'est quand même abusé. En plus, il n'y a pas de prix affichés donc quand la note arrive c'est assez surprenant...
Rude female bartender. I asked what's on tap and got a very rude reply. Gratuity was added automatically. Needless to say not returning here again. I recommend others do the same.
