We were tired after a day in NYC and just needed something close to our hotel on W 39th Street. We fancied pasta and found Pomodoro online. From prior reviews, we knew not to expect much from the interior. We arrived and felt apprehensive as it is tired looking. The young man at the counter was friendly enough. We were staying at the hotel across the street, so we ordered take-out from here one evening.The food was quality and a great value for what we paid.We shared the arugula salad, which was pretty large. It had slices of tomato, thin-sliced parmesan cheese, and a tasty balsamic dressing.I had the mushroom ravioli, which had a great mushroom stuffing. It came with a flavorful pink sauce. Delicious tasty lasagna. We both got this and brought it back to our hotel, just down the road. Very good sized portions, came with a slice of bread and a small pot of parmesan. Highly recommend.
