My children schemed to surprise me with dinner at Scampi for a big birthday. The surprise (not easy to keep things from me?) was that my daughter flew in from California! The dinner was already a very special night, but the employees at Scampi kept it going. The food and drinks were delicious - everything that we ordered was well made and tasty. Our waiter was attentive and so informative - when we were exploring drinks he gave us feedback on the dominant ingredients. The music was a bit loud, but overall it was a great culinary experience.

What a wonderful place. ?I had a great evening at Scampi, a neighborhood, southern Italian inspired, seafood restaurant.The food was great. Fresh, creative, totally satisfying.
