Took 2 hours to get a delivery update to then tell us they dont have the ingredients to one of the pies I ordered. It was 3 pies after waiting 2 hours with no update. Very disappointed in service. Lady that picked up the phone very rude. It was my first and last time ordering from this place. I called back to speak to someone else and they said they have been busy with customers that come in. So neglect online orders that have been waiting for 2hours. No excuse. Pizza is probably good who knows but service is trash. Don't bother ordering.

Came in for the Hot Boi slice. A nicely sized, straight-forward, no nonsense NY slice. The jalapeños are sliced thin enough to give flavor, while allowing the crisp crust to benefit from the hot honey. It will get busy, there will be a line, but service is quick.

Food was great but the dumb long line and people acting like it was worth the wait & $8 beer made me bring it down to earth. The hot boi pizza def go mod tho

We loved Scarr’s so much we went two days in a row during our short visit to NYC. Pizza was exactly how we like it. Great flavour, perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Beef pepperoni was so good, added hot honey to mine. A must try.

The hot boi is the best slice I’ve had in the city so far. The topping combination as well as the dough quality makes this one a winner for me. Both the regular and Sicilian were very good to me.

It was good enough to visit twice in one weekend!

Service is quick in the slice line. Line was never longer than the door during lunch time on a weekday.

Pizza was great!! Had the plain cheese; wanted it with mushrooms but they ran out ?

Too many people with not enough wait staff and seating was a bit crowded; I kept bumping into person behind me… but I guess that is NUC!!

Hit Honey sauce is good; but be warned… it has a kick to it that hits your tongue after a few minutes and boy is it spicy!! ?

Got Sicilian pizza
It is garlic based crispy dough,
On top was fair amount of cheese but it wasn’t too greasy to bear with. The garlic foundation definitely helped.
Ma man at the register don’t like to talk, but that ain’t bad either.
Solid quality.

Waited forever in line. Ordered cheese and hot boi. Got an extra slice for free. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - it's fun, authentic, a little divey.

Pizza was fine. Not my fave spot in NYC. Definitely worth the visit tho.

I visited for a late lunch. Many people were waiting in line for takeout, but I chose to eat in. I ordered a slightly spicy but sweet pepperoni pizza called Hotboi. I chose a small pizza, but I couldn't finish it by myself. I became addicted to the spicy yet slightly sweet taste. (September 2024)
