Food is excellent, servings are generous. It was very cold inside. The 20% mandatory tip for Restaurant week menu was a surprise.

Overall great experience. Last minute reservation. Honest recommendations. Timely and friendly service. Great Austrian food.

Loved the food, good apps and lots of vegetarian options. We went during a quiet time, but I could easily see how it would be very noisy when busy. Like the ambiance of the restaurant, very cozy and green compared to most restaurants in that area. Recommend: Butternut Squash, Broccolini, the Spatzel

Very cozy restaurant. The menu is limited but the food fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the bartender has a GREAT poor! Mellow, cozy and authentic. Too bad about the construction next door but, miraculously one does not hear it when inside. Great little gem of a restaurant. Hope it lasts!

Absolut top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Wir haben natürlich die Schnitzel gegessen. Allerdings nicht vom Kalb, weil wir etwas die Reisekasse schonen wollten. Aber ob Geflügel oder Schwein, es ist beider zu empfehlen.

I have never seen such skilled and pleasant hospitality at a restaurant that was double booked due to a website error. They didn't miss a beat. And on top of that, the food was delicious ... a restaurant you wish was on your corner so you could go every night.

Such a wonderful restaurant in Fidi. Edi, the chef-owner, is an absolute delight and the staff is incredibly gracious. The food is perfect at a price point that's really hard to find in NYC anymore.

The food was crafted well and we found that there was a lot of value to the price for the Thanksgiving meal. We hope to try this restaurant again not during the holidays because of the positive experience.

Great local Austrian restaurant in fidi. Small space and menu, but everything hums. Mot to be missed if you're in the neighborhood.

A recommended place for a casual evening dinner in the financial district with seating at a long table which probably works best for groups of six maximum.

They've turned me into a loyal customer. Schilling Restaurant & Bar provides exceptional service always. Truly excellent. The staff provides excellent service while displaying genuine friendliness. I'm committing to return to this place.

Always a good meal here and service very pleasant. Restaurant is surrounded by construction but lovely inside. Recommend!
