We all miss Hale & Hearty Soups, and we even miss the "Soup-Nazi", but I bring you good tidings of great joy: Schnipper's Quality Soups is here ! ! ! We had the Corn Chowder with Smokey Bacon and the Shrimp Bisque, and both were excellent ! ! ! The accompanying bread was generous slices of baguette. We WILL be returning to try many more selections.

Soups and sandwiches are great. Service….hit or miss. I’ve gone twice now, and first visit the cashier was looking away the whole time and did not say thank you or your welcome after I paid , tipped, and said thank you.
The second went the worker (might have been the same person) didn’t greet me or look at me at all. She then yawned into her hand (without gloves) then proceeded to handle the soup coupe lid and and spoon. I was kinda grossed out and didn’t end up eating the soup. I did eat my half and half. The cashier was friendly and said thank you.
I will most likely peak inside to see who’s working before going back.
EDIT: been back two more times. Much better. Food was again great and everyone was professional and attentive.

lemonade tasted terrible. im guessing they switch containers around, so the green juice taste was embedded into the lemonade.

Edit: Schnippers responded so quickly and refunded the missing item! Also have said they will include a phone number on future receipts!
I was so excited to order from Schnippers after hearing about the hale and hearty connection! Unfortunately not sure if I will order again. Our delivery was left at the incorrect building, which I was luckily able to find with the help of my sweet doorman. Once I was able to locate the order, I found that items were missing. There is no number to contact for either the delivery business or for the restaurant. Like somebody else commented I sent an email to receive a refund so hopefully Schnippers can make this right. The soup we did receive was delicious, I would like to order again but if the service isn’t corrected it’s not worth it.

This was my 2nd time at this restaurant servicers behind counter very nice and attentive but cashier today at around 4:00 non responsive and giving attitude didn’t greet me I said nothing when I asked her politely may I have sour dough bread didn’t say anything threw it in bag and I was surprised she handed me the bag and a no thank you I would think twice going back in I’ll have to see whos at the register next time .

1st time here. Great soup, but forgot to give me my sandwich (which I paid for) and didn't realize until I got home. Not too happy about it, but soup was delicious. Hoping to get a refund for the missing sandwich. Tried calling, but no phone number is provided, so I sent an email.
The soups are delicious, reasonably priced and there's a great daily variety. The staff is very nice and you can have a taste before ordering. The 4 stars are only because the tasting cups are plastic and I think they can have a more sustainable option.
Vegetarian options: Many of their soup options are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Noodles and rice are added upon request which is great for people who are on a gluten-free diet.

I am still crying with the Loss of H&H. I am so happy about this place. To the owners please, please do not leave again. Please add my favorite Chicken Tortilla. the city is at a loss without this soup. I can't wait to order my quarts for my weekly lunch prep. Thank you for coming back. Yes no more canned soup that had been on the shelf for a year plus.
