Decent variety of fish and other seafood (crabs, live lobsters, shrimp, octopus, and more). The price is definitely higher than most fish markets I’ve shopped at in other neighborhoods, but that’s likely due to there not being many other options nearby. Most of the fish aren’t super fresh but they also aren’t too old to use (cloudy eye test). Overall, I’ll definitely be back purely for the convenience of the location
It is that time of the year (Christmas) and its then that we get food from the markets rather than eating in a restaurant. We usually go to Chinatown in Manhattan along Canal street to buy all kinds of fresh seafood.
